backyard, or on your large deck and at the end of the day enjoying a beer or a cocktail at your inside the house bar and outside patio. If so, we are looking for either 1- Full Share or 2-Half Shares to fill our house. Full=$1500.00 Half-$800.00. This is not a zoo
house. However we intend on having a great summer.
The house season begins Saturday July 3 thru Sunday Sept 12.
Join a group of professionals in their late 20's- 30's and spend every other weekend in a great house in Avalon! This is a fantastic house filled with fun people who are responsible and love to have a great time. You will have access to the house every other week and the adjoining weekend. Holiday weekends are included.

Ever wonder why there's not much happening around town on summer weekends? That's because everyone's in Avalon. Want to join the fun? Then consider joining an Avalon shore house sponsored by Tom Stolle. Five houses to choose from on 24th, 27th, 28th, 79th, and 80th Streets. The following four age groups are still available (each house is different): mid-20s to early-30s, early-30s to early 40s, 30s and 40s, 40s and 50s.
Have you ever experienced a summer shore house? Basically, singles and couples come together to share a house. It's an opportunity to meet other like-minded professionals who are looking to make new friends and have a good time. This won't be a flop or frat house situation, and the houses won't be crowded.
The price is $1,650 per person for a half share (every other week), and you are guaranteed a bed. Keep in mind that the typical half share is 8 weeks, and mine is 9 or 10 depending on the house. Most shore houses require all the money to be paid before the house starts. I have a payment plan with the last payment being due by July 1st.
You may be a little apprehensive about joining a group when you don't know anyone, but don't be. Most of the people joining every summer come on board by themselves. But to help allay your fears, everyone will have a chance to meet each other and see the house in person before making a decision.
So why not stop by the Public House in center city on Friday, May 7th for a happy hour from 6-9pm and meet your potential roommates. Get your first free drink if you order an appetizer. Plus, we will have drink specials ($3 domestics, $4 craft beer, $5 wine & call drinks). Since you don't have to make a commitment, you have nothing to lose. We are looking for shares for our beach house on the bay in Avalon for the summer of 2010. Full shares (with a promised bed) are $2500 and half shares are $1700. There are plenty of room, not over crowded!!! One of the bigger houses on the bay. We are a group of professional guys and girls ranging in age from mid 20's to mid 30's.
Our house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 huge decks, off street parking, 2 boat slips and a huge dock, and plenty of living space, 2 jacuzzis, 3 fireplaces and a bar in our dance room (really just another LARGE living room w/a bar). The house is great and we are a fabulous group of people who like to have fun! BBQ's and pre-gaming is a must!! We are still respectful and keep our house neat and clean. Great condo on one of the best blocks in Avalon. I am renting out one bedroom in a 2 bedroom Condo for this summer season. Unfortunately, 3 friends had to drop out this week. The room can sleep 3-4 people and the room has use of their own bathroom(condo has 2 full baths). The Condo was recently rehabbed in 2008. Has the following 1000 square feet, all new furnishings, dinner area, large living room with 2 sofas, washer and dryer, full kitchen, deck that faces the WhiteBrier. This is a great place.
